She and Her Cat

Nothing beats the boredom I had today. The endless movie marathon, the all-day scheming in the online world, and the endless whine of everybody about the very hot weather.

No school means no strollinG, most of all, no allowance for the day. It's getting worse. Nah, definitely, i'm just enjoying the remainder of my summer break, short summer break, or a not-at-all summer break, I guess.

Anyway, if you ever wonder why this post was entitled as "She and Her Cat", it's basically from Makoto Shinkai's 5-minute movie, it's obviously about a TALKING cat and his owner. Just a random thought.If you have the chance, check it out, you'll get funny but inspiring facts their.

Ending up the hot day, seems like it was a minute when I had dinner last night, or the other night, and the yesterday's other night. I spent the time so fast, nothing could even beat it. This morning I was just sitting in front of the tv watching NBA and just a wink of an eye, the day is ending. Did I ended up the day pointless? Fortunately, I was detoured outside the house while doing a late afternoon cleaning, and I did saw a stray kitten, wandering around the garden.The kitten is seemingly adorable rolling around the greener part of the grass. This time, I tried to be productive, got a grasp of my point-and-shoot camera, an old-school camera. LOL

In getting a good angle and position, I think I loss the capability of getting a good view on the kitten, just like loosing a cat's nine lives, you'd grew restless.

By the way, I must've ended my week dealing with a stray kitten, I guess.

May 1 - everyone is having a day off, every worker, and a chance for students to add another day of boredom.

Some may be bored with the fact that this day would be spent inside the house. Rainy days are fast approaching again. Those cold May mornings with heavy downfall of rain. Staying inside the house could be haggard, but somehow productive. I never even thought that this day would productive enough for my blog

May 1 afternoon is one of the rainy days of this month. I was about to leave the house when the rain started to fall down heavily. I tried to skip between steps to catch some ride off to the gym, but to my dismay, I decided to return home and wait for the rain to stop. Disappointed, I turned to my camera and capture shots out of boredom:

A glance outside the newly furnish window and got the chance to capture the dews before they evaporate.

After the heavy rainfall, the sun shined again bringing excitement to kids of summer again. I took advantage with the unaltered position of a pair of slippers.

Dear Santa

Dear Santa,

I've been dying to see your real face. Obviously, its 24th of December and I haven't received any gift from you yet. You even left my dashboard messy and didn't leave a real Christmas present. If you're reading this right now, I really hate you, I won't give you some of mom's freshly baked macaroons. I know you're restless but what about making my day happy?

You know what? Time is running out. Hours from now and you'll be busy dropping by on houses, but you're forgetting to drop a single present here. Damn! If you think I'll be off wandering and making my way to my dreamland, no way, I'll be waiting for a drop from you. I'm also planning on how to get over there. North Pole must be way freezing now, your sexy elves must be kicking ass right now. Who knows? You yourself know.

Well, if you can't accept my request, will you just make these Chicken instantly covered with breadcrumbs. I'm dying to do this one recently, but since I don't know how to accomplish this, you can help me. If you also got time, could you fetch my laundry in the laundry shop nearby? I'm sure you'll agree. Lastly, can you provide me another desktop, so that I can easily do works?

Come on, i'm sure you still got some of your tricks there. I know you can grant the wishes of a frustrated student. I know you will. Anyway, same as you, i'll be taking a break, and hope that this Christmas eve will be another interesting and great event to experience. Goodluck to your gift-dropping tonight Santa! Just be sure to greet all the fellas you see tonight!

Headturners

Ever been into places which you'll never forget? You'll surely never forget because of the things which mostly captured your attention. Then if you've ever been into public places, with people just strolling around and taking glimpse on whatever they see, make sure you properly tied up yourself. Just like in places with weird signage, the makers tried to beautify their signage to catch the crowd's attention, but what negatively comes out, is the grammatical composition and the spelling of the words. It made my head cracked when I saw these signage while doing a city-stroll.

WATCH-REPEIR: Awful. Repair here must be worse than what I expected.

PERFORM 2NYT: Ah, they mean, performing tonight? I guess. Who would ever perform in their place, if they don't know how to manage things, even the smallest thing.

DRIVEWAY PLEASE DO NOT: the owner must have died before he knew that this signage was a real crap, to bad, there's always a blockage, if readers aren't aware of your wrong signs!

NO ENTER: A big, big crap. Worse. I guess the maker of that sign was in deep dilemma. Big problem.

Then, if you are to make a signage of your own, make sure it is "more badder" than these signs here.

First of December Top 5 Movie Picks

First of December - and the Christmas countdown would begin. Everyone would be excited, and watching Christmas movies is a part of my daily habit whenever December arrives. I would do anything, I even adjust my schedule just to have a marathon of Christmas movies, including the classics. Starting this day, i'm expecting to watch some of my all time favorite movies, at least 5 movies a week.

Anyway, to start this post, I would like to share my top 5 Christmas movies which are always on the line whenever I have my movie marathon.

Starting off at...

5.) The Nightmare Before Christmas - from Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas, this 1993 fantasy film is a nice and freaky-at-first movie. Jack Skellington of Halloween town wants to take over Christmas by captivating Santa Claus just to ruin the Special Event, but later on realized the true meaning of Christmas.

4.) The Grinch - see? I'm always on the antagonist side, ever wonder? My 5th and 4th pick are both freaky, but who cares? I'd love seeing them both. The Grinch, played by Jim Carrey have never been different with Jack Skellington, from their evil plans then reconciliations.

3.) The Polar Express - originally based from the book of Chris Van Allsburg which was made alive in 2004. With the stunning effects, it would be great with the family, especially the kids. Not me either. A boy is lying and waiting on his bed in Christmas Eve when a Magical Train suddenly appeared, bringing him along with the other children into the North Pole.

2.) Serendipity - no more animated films this time, my top 2 pick is Serendipity. I'm not a lover of love stories either, but this movie makes me chill, aside from the Christmas setting the movie got, I also have a huge crush on Kate Beckinsale, and the simple story of a couple reunite years after the night they first met, fell in love, and separated, convinced that one day they'd end up together. Watch it.

and the NO. 1 is...

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York - admit it, you must have watch these sequel over and over again. There are 3 Home Alone Movies, and Home Alone 2 is the best for me. Kevin McCallister and his family are taking a vacation to Florida. At the airport, Kevin loses his family and accidentally gets on a plane to New York City. After enjoying himself there for a while, he runs into his intruders from the original film, Harry and Marv, who have escaped from prison.

Aside from the gag moments of the movie, I also love hearing the soundtracks of it. The Christmas songs which I'll never forget. So, what are you waiting for grab the remote and start watching movies of your favorite collections.

Recently, I made a header for BURSTIMPRESSION, which belongs to my blogger friend, Frances. Because its a worldless weekend and boredom consumed me, I decided to help her establish her young blog.

This seemed to be easier than the other blog header I designed because of the overall theme of the blog, and the photo resources. You always need a good photo for your header.

Anyway here's the result from a quick 30-minute sprint of Photoshop:

I've been busy these past days, so many activities. Friday, I was busy having a rehearsal on our modeling which happened on the following day, Saturday, and I have no time updating my blog. Fortunately, I managed to made some quick post today.

Anyway, it was getting boring on Sunday and I tried to color this piece of crap, my drawing, using Photoshop, and believe me, its hard to do the thing.

AWACKYWEDNESDAY

Wednesday - eventually, a free day for the university, free day, you can be yourself, not anymore with those white uniform and green pants, you can be you! Obviously, it is my MWF class, so I am loaded this day, but gives time for blogging.

I started the day, with the morning breakfast, then up to the routine, go to school, and be on time. The first half of the day, was spent on listening to the lectures, also with the second half (afternoon). Nothing interesting happened on this day, but instead I took wacky photos of me and pose for the camera, which is unusual, I'm not used to do wacky pictorials but would love to capture other people's wacky photos. Oh, I almost forgot, I already have MY HAIR FIXED, and I dunno how to restyle my hair, earlier this afternoon, I went to the haircutting service and have my hair cut. Too much for that, and that HawaiianBoxers.

Monday's Oops and Downs

BLOOPINGFROMSCHOOL

Everyone's a letdown, and I hate MONDAYs... this day just feels sick. I have to study some accounting lessons, geez, this makes me bleed, NOSE BLEED.

Monday

a day full of shit, and it makes me sick, it was a long day for me, really.

This day is a day full of negativity, almost every act. When I arrive in school, my uniform was already dirty, which in fact i'm the cleanest person on earth, I don't know where did I get that stain, maybe when I was riding. Later, when we were having our in-between break for the next subject, IT 110, I was about to take a photo of my Chibi Darth Vader, when I realize that I forgot the batteries, because I charged it when I took my morning routine.

Lunch time, I am updating my blog and some friend's links, and took a nap, but later realize that it was already merely five minutes before the PE class. So I fastly departed the house. To my dismay, when I am already waiting for a PUBLIC-UTILITY VEHICLE, I notice that the cartolina in our RE report was left, so I hurriedly went back and retrieve it.AS EXPECTED, I was late in my 1:30 PE Class. Math time, I concentrate on the given problem of my professor, but I still couldn't get the answers, maybe my minds not working, it needs grease to flow smoothly.

This day was really negative, could it be fate? I really don't know, It freaks me out, I still couldn't make positive things this day. Or, is it really needed to read my horoscope for the day? FREAK OUT!

My Chibi Darth Vader and His Jukebox at Orange Bistro

CHOKEHOLDATORANGE BISTRO

Lazy Saturday evening - me and my family decided to take our supper at Orange Bistro, mom is to tired to cook (di bale nang tamad, di naman pagod.haha), a place not unsual and common to me, of course, I would strongly agree if that would be the place, who would contradict, when the place is so soothing with is bossa nova genre of music, the retro corners of the environment, including the good service, quality food (yung lechon kawali tsaka crispy pata), and lastly the wifi hotspot? T'was around 6:30 when we arrive at the place, I was already hungry that time, and of course, I brought My Chbi Darth Vader and His Jukebox, while waiting for the ordered foods, I bring out the laptop and started connecting to the network, and later surf the web. As expected I bring with me my camera, took pictures around, but doesn't took long because the batteries run drained that time.

After meal, I returned my face back to the monitor, checked my e-mails, and suddenly a feeling I never ever wanted to feel whenever outdoors (you know it...) Hint: its because I ate too much, and never get tired of the bottomless Iced Tea, so the effect, the CALL OF NATURE

Forunately, it was gone minutes later, it faded like farting, so, I concentrated back to the laptop again. It was already 9:30 when we finish the surfing (tsaka yung stambay). Minutes later, we finally departed and took a stop at the DUNKIN DONUTS (these people have huge appettite) for some food at home (or some midnight food).

11 pm - arriving late at home, the feeling of being drunk, drowsy. I'm wasted, wasted in terms of body energy, in short, I'm tired. I decided not to turn the cmputer on, and take a rest instead. So quickly, I turn the lights off, and left My Chibi Darth Vader and his Jukebox in the study table, and SHUT MY EYES OFF.

The Adventures of My Chibi Darth Vader and His Jukebox

I've recently found a toy of my 5-YEAR OLD brother, a chibi darth vader (chibi means small, cartoon-like), timingly, I was bored and found nothing to annoy with, or nothing interesting to do with, so I decided to ask my brother If I can have the toy, fortunately, he agree. The battery of my cam was already fully charged, so I decided to take photos of the toy. I went out to take it to the road, check if no one is out there, so (poof), nice shot. I went everywhere, just around the house to take some cool angles, I even bring it to the freezer with toblerone on its background (not featured on the photo above).

Mr. Darth Vader's adventure begins ar the road, while slowly entering the house living room. He even read a magazine abut blogging (how interesting). Then finally he became bored also, so he went to the freezer for some hot snacks. Oh, I almost forgot, he bring his jukebox with him, (dunno, maybe for his entertainment). He then went to my room, he dig my clothes and disarranged them. He also dig my sneakers. Then, by the time he's finished... dunno. He ATE MY TOBLERONE!

Satuday Boredom

SATURDAY: the most boring day of the week (for me), I'm a couch-potato type of person, I usually stay in my dark and cold room, the things I usually do, is to hang-out with the computer (a bigger percentage in my daily activities), even eat different foods, play my guitar, write something which has no sense at all, message my friends, or watch movies.

Speaking of movies I decided to take part of finding famous movie lines, in my all-time favorite movies. I dig some titles, and look for some of my movies.

Here are my reviews on my top 5 favorite movie lines:

5.) "My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the armies of the North, general of the Felix legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next." -Gladiator

If you have the name, why can't you be proud of it? in thise case, Russell Crowe played as Maximus in Gladiator, said these lines, of course he have the guts to say those, cause he knew have the power to defeat the dictator, Marcus Aurelius.

4.) "This truth lies at the heart of the art of combat. Once it is mastered... Thou shall fear no one..." -Kill Bill Vol. 1

The line was so cool to hear, spoken by Sonny Chiba who played the role Hattori Hanzo, the line gives a unique point of view.

3.) "You always say be true to yourself, but you never say which part to be true to." - The Incredibles

Yeah, thats right, we never know which part will be shown truly, its an amazing line from Buddy.
Reflect on it.

2.) "I have nipples, Greg, would you milk me?" -Meet the Parents

This line never stop me from laughing out loud, it was really funny when Robert de Niro said that line to Ben Stiller. How would you react if your father-in-law told you that. Too bad.

1.) "My momma always said life was like a box of chocolates…you never know what you're gonna get." -Forrest Gump

This line from the movie Forrest Gump played by Tom Hanks is my most favorite line, It gives meaning to each person's life, you never know what will happen. I never get tired watching this movie all over again. Maybe I'll watch again...later.
