Our first backyard cathecism for our R.E. Integration took place somewhere in the City's largest barangay, Puting Bato to be specific. The place has streets merely an inch to be fitted to walk in,while vast number of families striving to live under one block.

It was already quarter to nine when our team arrived at the teaching area, at first, you'd probably ask where else would you properly teach the children. We didn't expect that huge number of children would attend, while re-checking our available and limited resources, particularly food, and name tags, but we nevermind the circumstances, instead we encourage everyone to attend.

The session ended after 2 hours, where children joyfully participated the activities, especially games. The kids' most awaited part is finally paying off, merienda foods were given, and guess what, even the least food we gave, it made them smile, they were frantic. I never thought that Biscuits, along with its complement, Orange juice, would satisfy everyone that time. Well, in retrospect, made my experience grow, the least I cold try was to help others smile.

SOUL-SEARCHING: The act of facing one's inmost self with courage, determined to bring every ulterior thought, emotion, and motive to light.

I love monochrome photos, they give greater meaning than the colored one. There's so many emotions in it.

Model: Me :D
Place: Isla Parilla

The kid was tightly wrap in his blue jacket, while making up with the hand of his father, and his mother on his left. Clicking noise of coins dropped by the kids trying to win the small stufftoy. Popcorn vendors trying to penetrate the huge number of crowd flowing from different sides. Coming in and coming out while the dim lights making up the rides which caught the interest of the kid. It is just one of the hundred scenarios I could spot in the city's plaza, which I managed to visit once in a while, at least.

The huge crowd was in a rush, but I noticed the kid along with his mother and father, was still there, staring at the spinning ferris wheel, neverending. The kid was longing for a ride, but still his parents can't give anything. Chances are fading for the little fella, but i'm pretty sure he'll be enjoying the night together with his mom and dad.

The lights were already turned on in the nearby stage, but still I can't make up the faces of the people strolling around the dusty walkway. All I know is, i'm finally back again strolling around the place I used to hang when I was still reclaiming my innocence.

The kid was finally over with the neverending spin of the Ferris Wheel. Saw him smiling with excitement, while trying a quality time with his mother and father. It's just another simple thing given away to put smiles and happiness into one's self. Seeing the real meaning of Christmas is to see how happy the family is.

For a writer, another poem to write. For a painter, another canvass to make. For a blogger another post to create, but for a kid, and his family, another Real Christmas to experience.

When things have dreams I'd be the first to let you know. Everyone can explain why things have dreams too. Humans think impossible things which in fact possible. Everyone has dreams, everything, not considering scientific basis, but on a broader insight. The evidence are photographs.

If you're still unsure about the fact that things have dreams too, refer to the photos. There's something common about the three photos. This is my own point of view.

This is only a quick-post, I have to do many things, this include studying, and reviewing for a quiz the next day. Plurk, too.

I've already finished one personal signature for this blog. There are tons of load to work for. This time I only got the chance to produce one output. Using various photoshop effects and combination of those complicated crap.

Here's the output:

Few hours left and halloween wil be celebrated by everyone, particularly we Filipinos. Its a celebration, isn't it?. Everyone will be very busy, visiting their parted ones, and celebrating with their relatives. Some would even ask for halloween candies, which is mostly practiced in the west.

Anyway, its my first post on Monochrome Friday and I love participating in this photo community.Creepy is the term to describe a situation, place or an object which is wierdly percieve by people. Creepy places such as cemetery is very common in people's experience, but have you ever wonder what's creepy in the cemetery? You can maybe think of ghosts and ghouls. Its because people are not use to it, we are influence by the "past" people.

The photo I took yesterday, which is dull, when looked at for the first time, people's perceptions would be dull and merely negative, it might be creepy to some, and some wouldn't react at all. It was raining hard yesterday, and when it stopped I stroll around and see the flower hanging with the dull sky, I captured it just before its last dew fall. Creepy?

Life is not all about the hues and colors, just like in photographs, monochrome photos, greyscaled and sepia-toned photos gives another meaning, and make photos a more vintage-like style. There are so many photographers who are specialized in monochrome photos. On my side, as a frustrated photography hobbyist (how bout that?), I really love capturing moments and transform them in to monochrome, greyscaled or into a look-through sepia. It would be an advantage if your photo would be a portrait or the cloud is not well-formed when you took the photo.

Monochrome day,Monochrome Logo, a photo meme blog, and a community for monochrome photohunters, i've recently joined this new organization, and would love to work with them around. Friday is the specific posting of the themed photos. Actually, this is not my official and first post on participating the photo meme blog. It was just an introduction of how beautiful monochrome photos would be. Here are some of my monochrome photos taken months ago, I just love to post them:

TEXTURED SHOT: I had my brother posed and covered by a curtain (too have a textured-silhouette effect)

SEPIA SHOT: kids playing along the shore
